Working in collaboration with Schneider Design Associates, G Family Construction completed a full-scale luxury remodel, rebuilding the home from the studs and thoughtfully reimagining the interior around its greatest asset—the lagoon. By opening the main living spaces and creating a seamless connection between the kitchen, family room, and waterfront, the home now captures natural light and expansive views from nearly every angle. Natural materials, white oak cabinetry, warm wood ceilings, and carefully selected finishes create a timeless coastal aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to balance modern functionality with the warmth of a family home.
