Homeowners wanted a beautiful home that would benefit the neighborhood and was also large enough to fit their growing family and host family gatherings. They prioritized leaving a sizeable yard for the kids to run around in, and also creating a plan that would have minimal impact on the next-door neighbors. G Design had to work within the corner lot setback restrictions, and took care to create a design that would block the minimal amount of sun and view for the neighboring property.
