The original home was built in 1906 and the homeowners wanted to preserve its historical essence while also updating it to work for their family. To create this balance we used detailed millwork, moldings and custom cabinetry. Removing the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room opened the space up to allow for more fluidity. The family room/sun room was created by enclosing the old porch and adding custom bench seating. The warm and inviting home is one that the family will be able to live comfortably in and enjoy for many years to come.
