This beautiful Tuscan-inspired estate has loads of charm and history. From an interior limestone staircase that was imported from a French Chateau, to the beautiful rustic beams sourced from a European Monastery. So when the new homeowners decided they wanted to add new bathrooms and a bedroom, remodel some bathrooms, and alter the walls of the home, it was important to them to included finishes that matched the elegance of the original construction. In order to do this, our construction team sourced materials from all over the world, expertly matching the finishes and textures of the new home to the old. Our skilled tile foreman recessed the imported tile in the showers so that it would lay flush with the walls. We installed 1-inch thick hardwood floors in the bedroom. So although this project was a remodel, it was more of a restoration. The homeowners love the new additions and the high-quality execution.
